Recording Forms

The forms are in PDF format,for which you will Adobe Acrobat to view or print, except for the spreadsheet template which is in Excel (.xls) format. To use this template you will need a copy of Microsoft Excel or, altenatively, it can be opened and saved in Microsoft Works Version 8.0 or OpenOffice which is a free replacement for Microsoft Office. Be warned, OpenOffice is a very large download and is impracticable without a broadband connection to the Internet, the same applies to Adobe Acrobat. The OpenOffice and Adobe websites can be found by clicking the links at the bottom of this page.
